Young people make a valuable contribution as leaders in sport, Active Schools Coordinators provide leadership opportunities such as sports and dance leader as well as coaching and official education courses. Active Schools support young people throughout their leadership journey to support the development of skills for learning, life and work.

Perth and Kinross has a network of Active Schools Co-ordinators who work together with schools, parents and communities to offer children and young people the opportunities and motivation to adopt active, healthy lifestyles, now and into adulthood.
